NYC's Empire State Building lit up in red to celebrate Chinese Lunar New Year

$20,000 REWARD OFFERED IN ARCADIA HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION The Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a motion by Supervisor Kathryn Barger to offer a $20,000 reward for information leading to the apprehension and/or conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the heinous murder of Chyong Jen Tsai, a 76-year-old Arcadia woman.
