A special investment and marketing event for cultural and creative industry was held on September 9 in Shenzhen. The event was jointly held by the High-end Service Department of Qingdao High-tech Zone and Shenzhen Cultural and Creative Industry Association. The event was held during the second theme summit of the second council of Shenzhen Cultural and Creative Industry Association. 200 members of the council attended the marketing event. Yu Huixia, second-level inspector of the Management Committee of Qingdao High-tech Zone, Wu Fuqing, chairman of Shenzhen Cultural and Creative Industry Association, and Wang Jingsheng, counselor of State Council, was present at the event.

Chen Heping, secretary general of Shenzhen Cultural and Creative Industry, extended warm welcome to the visit of Qingdao High-tech Zone. He said that Shenzhen Cultural and Creative Industry Association will further cooperation with Qingdao High-tech Zone from the depth and width to jointly promote the development of cultural and creative industry of Qingdao High-tech Zone. The person chiefly in charge of high-end service department introduced the cultural and creative industry and related policies based on the regional advantages, business environment and the development of cultural and creative industries of Qingdao high-tech zone.
Through promotion, the geographical advantages, development prospects and preferential policies of cultural and creative industries of the high-tech zone deeply attracted the participating enterprises. A number of well-known enterprises said that they would invest in Qingdao High-tech Zone in the near future.
During the promotion meeting, Shenzhen Cultural and Creative Industry Association also granted the license to its operation center in Qingdao High-tech Zone.
