The foundation stone laying ceremony of Jimao The Mall of Splendors was held in Qingdao China Europe International City of Qingdao High-tech Zone on May 27, raising the curtain of constructing a municipal commercial complex on the north area of the zone. Li Hongyan, director of the management committee and deputy director of the working committee of Qingdao High-tech Zone attended and delivered at the ceremony.
In his speech, Li Hongyan pointed out that with the participation and efforts of all sectors of society, the living quality of Qingdao High-tech Zone is realizing a qualitative leap; the city, population and industries are continuously integrating; a livable and business friendly environment has been gradually formed. The China Europe International City is speeding up the pooling and integration of quality resources in education, business, culture and tourism. Qingdao branch school of Beijing No. 2 Experimental Primary School has opened smoothly. The neighboring Qingdao Oriental Eden is speeding up the construction.
Jimao The Mall of Splendors, as another important achievement in improving the city's quality, will vigorously push forward the development of Qingdao High-tech Zone and improve the living quality of residents.
With an area of 180,000 square meters, Jimao The Mall of Splendors is planned to introduce more than 350 brands and build around 1,200 parking lots.
